I arrived with my family to collect the car and I had booked months before only to find the office had been shut two hours earlier without any prior communication. There was a handwritten letter on the door that read ‘Closed early at 12pm, please call….’ No consideration for the customers with cars to collect on that day. We were left stranded with no car.

Great service and people BUT.... WT ever living F ?! They WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALL !! You get a representative at the head contact but so ask simple questions about where to park, and other pertinent questions to that locale - good luck. You have a better chance of calling the president and him picking up !!
