When we picked up and dropped off our rental there was only one person behind the counter trying to serve multiple customers. Our car and other cars were dirty upon pickup. They need to employ at least 2 people per shift, one to work the counter and one to clean the cars. Poorly managed location.
Naim turned my day around. Great customer service. They ran out of cars but he found a solution.
We showed up to book a rental at 1:20 pm before they close at 2pm, get told to try and do an online reservation there to save money. We attempted but booking a pick up time wouldn't allow anything after 1:30 so we tried to just do a regular booking instead. By that time it was 1:50 and the guy said they didn't have any rentals available. Instead of just telling us they didn't have any rentals right off the bat to allow us time to go down the street before the other place closed, he didn't allow us any chance to go somewhere ... read more
The woman that work's at the desk in Medford is very nice and takes her time.
Outstanding job staff is fantastic at the Medford location very polite never had any problems I give them all 5 stars very helpful on everything Tricia the Manager & Naim & dawn the rental agents all hard workers thank again for your services 🥰
