Had a complicated extension rental issue that required me to go to a budget office -after getting jerked around by Budgets automated system and two on line csr’s. Diana was the rep in Medford. Beyond competent! Took care of the problem in 15 minutes. Great service, much appreciated!!!

Reserve the car online took an Uber to pick up the rental vehicle to be told that they have nothing available. This place is the worst
I just called Budget and the rudest person said when do you need it? Anyway I told him the dates and he said ok and I said that’s it? Can you email me the reservation number and info . He said No I can’t email you anything, JUST WRITE IT DOWN. Rudely to me. It didn’t sit right with me the way he rushed me off the phone so I called back to cancel within 5 mins.
