Vicky was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, honest, and straightforward, especially since we needed a car rental at the last minute. She made the entire process incredibly smooth and quick, and we had no issues at all. The car was also extremely clean and looked almost brand new. I had a car reserved to pick up on 8/1/26. I reserved this car 3-4 weeks prior to my pickup date/time. When I went into the facility to pick up my car, a woman named Nicky was the representative there. I told her my name and she said that she called me earlier that morning. I told her that I had no missed calls or voicemails. She confirmed that the phone number she had in the system matched mine.
