I’ve been using Budget faithfully across America, FastTrack member and all. And I’ve had some horrible experiences with Avis/Budget but this was by far the best experience and interaction. Shoutout to Ali and Vicky for helping me troubleshoot a mishap and getting me in a rental. Give them both a raise.
I cannot say enough about the kindness, professionalism, and *pure heart* of Ms. Vickie Parker, the manager at Avis/Budget. Our trip from Texas to Illinois was already off to a rocky start with a 3+ hour flight delay, followed by being turned away from another rental car company late at night with a simple, “We’re overbooked—go online and get your money back.” To make matters worse, another agency tried to charge us \$700 for a rental that normally costs a quarter of that price.
