Called 30 minutes before my rental start time to tell me they didn’t have any cars. I had an Uber i had to cancel outside to bring me to my car rental. They had to send me to a different location another uber further away, great start to my trip nice and behind schedule because of you book with budget there’s a good chance you’ll be SOL. Don’t expect them to actually reimburse me for the extra uber. Check in/check out were time efficient. Vehicle was ready as promised. Ms. Vickie was EXTREMELY personable, kind, a joy to talk to, and her relatable energy speaks volumes to her character. My mother, another customer, and she were sharing and reminiscing over childhood stories that made me even more excited for my upcoming trip to my mom's hometown. Upon return from my trip, she remembered me and asked followup questions. This was my first time renting from this location, and it definitely won't be my last.
