DO NOT RESERVE A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION! I reserved and prepaid for a minivan to be picked up on a Friday and called the Wednesday before to be sure they had a minivan for us. I was guaranteed that they had a minivan on site, however, when we arrived they said they did not have a minivan and could offer us a smaller SUV that would not fit our luggage. Allesandro’s was great to work with
Oct 15th 2024 closed early before posted time and time of rental. Not great and personally told me to wait outside. He then closed up and returned to tell me that it was now past 6.
