Didn’t have a car for my reservation, left me stranded and refused to give me any help.
Anthony is absolutely amazing! He is very accommodating (made sure the right vehicle was available for us), helpful, friendly and a pleasure to work with! I will not rent a vehicle from anywhere else! I highly recommend the Parklawn Budget location! Thanks Anthony!
Second time I've rented a vehicle with shoddy tires from Florida and I was promised a "free upgrade" only to be told they didn't have anything after they took my credit card payment. Never again Budget... I'll take my business somewhere else from now on. Lesson learned
