Rented from Budget on Parklawn Drive in Rockville MD and Anthony and Teklu provided the most outstanding standing client services anyone could ask for. Initially I had a small Toyota Corolla and I did not feel safe in that vehicle. The next day I went back to the outlet and spoke with Anthony. Oh my....Just atrocious I will add pictures(if can) of the van they rented out bumper hanging out, 7ft metal slab hanging off and an interior that reeks of unwashed human waste. When asked why rent out such a truck to a new customer I received a cold shoulder and good old DYI fix of fist slamming the bumper in-place laughable. When a man after me received a better and brand new truck because "he is going out of state" and I guess my use and patronage was not need. Worst was budget's non-existence costumer service.
