I want to express myself at how disappointed i was at the way my rental was handled. I did rent a car Wednesday 5/27/25 because my car was at the shop. When I rented the rate was $47.79 a day plus the taxes and fees. I rented until Thursday 6/5/25 because i wasn’t sure when i was getting my car back. At the moment of getting the car I asked the gentleman that gave me the car what happened if I return the car earlier? I rented a van from this location and when I came to pick up the car, it was not even available. This ruined our travel plan driving down to Florida. Because of their irresponsible and unprofessional business, we had to waste more than two hours until getting a car. The employee, Anthony was being very rude to us and ignored our concern. He also discriminated against us. He never aplologized. Never tried to resolve the issue. He only showed racial discrimination by being rude to us and being nice to other customers.
