The location and custom service ate great only if they have the car for your reservation. If they don’t have the car, they will cancel your reservation freely and the customer service attitude is “so what” . The manager is also too busy to call you to find a solution or listen to your concern. overall that is the lower standard of budget /avis as usual .
Customer service was awesome. The new manager, Aaron, was very informative, attentive and understanding. This was the cleanest rental location I’ve ever seen too! The car was very well cleaned inside and out :)) Will come again!
Beware to ensure that your car is returned by 6:00 PM. This store provides no compassion/understanding for any late returns (even if you are delayed by a short period of time). I needed to return the rental vehicle a bit after 6:00 PM, and the owner charged a $15 late fee because he “had to check the van in the next morning at 7:16am” since the store closes at 6:00 PM. I booked a car a week in advance and then I have been woken up at 8am by a phone call from them just to tell me they canceled my booking. This is a very unpleasant experience for me and they’re very disorganized. And my plans were ruined.
Beware….they can deny you the rental on-site when you show up to pick up the vehicle based upon your DMV driving record. Pre-booking and payment does not exempt you from this. At no time during the reservation process was this mentioned. Depending upon the state your licensed was issued there may be accidents listed on your driver report even though you were not at fault for an accident.
