Rented a car for 24 hours from this Budget office via Priceline. The experience was smooth, and Kao Yer (the wonderful lady in the front desk) was very kind and helpful. They gave me a Toyota Corolla, and I was very happy with the modern features it had, such as wireless Android Auto/CarPlay and a surprisingly solid adaptive cruise control with lane centering that made my long drive significantly easier and safer. Terrible. Budget’s motto is screwing you over. Their policy is purposely structured to trick you and make you pay crazy fees for nothing. Stay away if you can.
Outstanding experience both times. The team was warm and professional from start to finish. The vehicles were in excellent condition, comfortable and clean. Everything went smoothly.

The location and custom service ate great only if they have the car for your reservation. If they don’t have the car, they will cancel your reservation freely and the customer service attitude is “so what” . The manager is also too busy to call you to find a solution or listen to your concern. overall that is the lower standard of budget /avis as usual .
