I received outstanding service from TANG at the budget car rental in Rochester, MN airport on 01/30/1026 due to our plane being delayed. I called the office as soon as I knew we were arriving near midnight and “Tang” assured me he could stay a bit if needed and would take care of us. We arrived just before midnight and he was on it. Rented a car for 24 hours from this Budget office via Priceline. The experience was smooth, and Kao Yer (the wonderful lady in the front desk) was very kind and helpful. They gave me a Toyota Corolla, and I was very happy with the modern features it had, such as wireless Android Auto/CarPlay and a surprisingly solid adaptive cruise control with lane centering that made my long drive significantly easier and safer.
