Condition of the property was disgusting - over grown weeds all around. 20 mins before even spoken to by an employee - other clients just sitting there waiting. Filled out paper work over the internet the night before & payment put on credit card, when we walked in the asked for a $750.00 deposit but that was no where on the website. Will never rent from Budget again!!
I had a smooth experience renting a car last minute for a friends funeral in the States. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was treated with respect throughout the entire process. Ruban was very helpful in making sure I had everything order. Smooth experience, as long as you follow the rules and are aware of what you are paying for and make sure you return the car in the condition you picked it up, there will be no issues whatsoever. I would rent from here again.

We rented a car and upon bringing it back he wanted to charge us for a stone chip in the windshield. However we have photo evidence before we drove it off the lot that it was there before it was in our possession. So, we showed him the time stamped photo and he said “okay, you’re free to go”.10 minutes after we left, he called us and said he no longer can accept that photo evidence and that we will be charged for the damage as he has no record of it from his written inspection report.
