Worst place to do business with. I reserve a car week and half advance, when I when to pick up the car the guy at the counter said they don't have the car they already give it to someone else .said they don't keep the car after an hour if customer doesn't come on time. First I was supposed to pick up at 3h30. But they sent an confirmation email telling me pick up will be at 5h30. I arrived at 5h30 like they said and they don't have the car and telling me I am late. Interacting with this location was the worst rental experience that I have ever had. Management is careless, fraudulent, and greedy. When I arrived to pickup my rental, I was told that they did not have the car class that I had prepaid for. When asked if I could be compensated for taking a smaller vehicle he replied that he could not. Next, I was told that the car that I would receive was being cleaned and would be around shortly. I’ve rented large vans from them several times for large groups of paying tourists. I’ve never had an issue. I see a lot of negative reviews here. But I’ve dealt with them three or four times without issue. Staff has always been nice to me as well.

I would give zero stars if I could. I rented a full size truck and when I arrived to pick it up the very rude budget rep just says...."we don't have it". Why is it available to rent online if you don't have it. Unprofessional, rude and ridiculous.

AVOID THIS COMPANY – PAY MORE ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOUR SANITY If there’s one thing I’ve learned from this experience, it’s that Budget’s corporate structure is not designed to resolve customer disputes or stand behind their equipment.
