Ridiculous rental process I’ve NEVER heard of asking for the amount of information that they did. I believe I had to give them a DNA swab and still didn’t get the car! Never again! Went up the street to Enterprise and 5 min later had the rental… I use rental companies a lot and I will never go back here or recommend them.

Walked in here for a Saturday 8am pre-paid reservation. When I arrived, I spoke with the clerk to get going, and it was all downhill from there. First I'm told that the deposit is going to be $300 and not the $250 that the web site mentioned, but OK, I'm willing to let that slide. Secondly, since I'm using a bank card, I have to provide proof of address, minor hassle, but be prepared to have those documents ready... Renter beware. Not only does this agency rent out cars that don’t function, the manager is incapable of simple arithmetic. I rented from Costco travel which includes taxes and fees for three days for 166.01 On the last day the car breaks down in Orlando. It took 4 hours to get a new car and get the car towed. When we returned it the next day, now after giving me an extra day refunded (which I only needed because the car broke down and they are closed when we got to Atlanta) and $20 for my time (hahaha) they are charging me e... read more

Good location near the RV park we stayed in while in Atlanta. Friendly and courteous staff. Easy off hours return.

Grant is amazing! great customer service from all the staff most negative comments are people without a credit card or who do not read the terms and conditions beforehand.
