If you're looking to book an SUV do not go with Budget Car Rental in Guelph. We booked a full size SUV and picked it up (chevrolet equinox) which is a compact SUV and found out while on the highway the AC wasn't working. We called and try to solve the problem for about 20 minutes to no avail they told us the wrong instructions so we had to return to the location. We were there for another little while and they could not fix the AC. They didn't offer any solutions. They said we could use a regular sedan instead when it was cl... read more
