This place is seriously the worst—super rude security guard and super unprofessional management. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I hope someone sues this place because it’s super unsafe—both driving in and out feels sketchy. Be careful if you’re driving or even walking around there. Stay safe, man. Also, the parking spikes are rusty and look like they’ll damage your car.
The absolute worst. Horrible customer service, incredibly unhelpful, and borderline fraudulent behavior. They hide behind statements that aren’t even backed by their legal policies to refuse service and just take your money. Avoid at all costs.
The employees were nice and helpful. Easy experience renting
Thank goodness, I was not faced with any last minute cancellations, anytime I needed a rental I was provided one, and I driven a lot of different cars through this rental faciltiy. Cheers
