Easy rental experience with friendly owners. Good experience overall! No lines and flexible with rental class depending on availability. Will definitely use in the future!
I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband had a 7:30 AM reservation today (3/16/26) at this Enterprise location and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. When he arrived, the employee working there told him the car was not available, even though he had a confirmed reservation. Instead of being helpful, she was extremely nasty, rude, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude was awful from the start. Never again. The place sucks. Will never use them again. Because there was hair from my dogs that got on my clothes the threaten to charge 40 to 450 dollars. You can't even give me an amount. I was so pissed. I had already had a bad trip. I was sick. I drove through an ice storm ice flying off trucks on the highway hitting my windshield and when I get home they want to give me more crap even though there was no dog in the car.
Never again
The price was reasonable. The only rental company that allowed to pick up the van in Miami and return in Highlands Ranch.
