Fraud. The owner tried to claim I smoked in my rental which is totally false. He said cookie crumbs were ashes. I pointed the so called ashes out , picked them up and smashed the cookie crumbs with my fingers. He tried to act like he didn’t know what I was talking about , not to mention putting two holds on my card for $500. When it was supposed to only be $250. Thank goodness I have a video of him lying. Waiting to hear back from legal counsel and we are definitely going to court.
Highly would not recommend. I planned to go to my daughter's graduation from armed services. I was quoted an amount but was not able to complete the purchase until the next day. At time of purchase (a day later) it was more expensive. The owner let us know that she gave us a deal yesterday and she planned on upcharging us after the "contract". Horrible customer service. When I asked for an explanation, she said we were not listening and she told us about it the day before (she didn't not). We left without our rental but was ... read more
