Good service, but the cars are not always ready and they substitute.
I had a pleasant experience with them for my last rental car from them. The staff was very accommodating as they swapped me a car as I wanted it without middle pilot seats. When I took the rental car, there was a price difference between what I saw in the booking and what they got on paper on the date of booking. Their price was a little higher. However, to be fair, they honored my booking price taking a small hit for the same. I especially want to call out Pricilla for her customer friendly treatment.
Friendly service but every time we have come, vehicles are not clean and ready so pick up time stamp on the contract is not accurate. At least almost an hour delay so plan accordingly.
