I had a reservation at 8 AM. The location was supposed to open at 7:30. The door was unlocked at 8:15. Then I’m told my car isn’t here but on its way. I could have lived with that, expect the representative was mean as if all of this my fault when I expressed my frustrations. As it turns out, I wait and was told my rental car was just recalled. Translation: we don’t have a car for you. I’ll never come here to rent a car again. I’d give zero stars if I could.
I was charged an additional 500 dollars on top of my rental. I could not get an explanation and when I called, I was promised a call back that never happened. I had to take it up with my credit card company. I won’t be back and even if I had read reviews like others posted I would not have believed it and would have gone anyway. I would have assumed the person did something but I know myself to be careful with the property of others. I would never return a car in a condition that requires special cleaning. The staff is always very nice and they always have the best vehicles. We drive over 45 minutes to get to this location for that reason!! Highly recommend!!
