Terrible experience had to wait for the car to be cleaned before I could take it . I told them I didn’t have time but they kept me waiting awhile

Worst experience. Hasma is truly awful to deal with. She can not speak English there for that caused her to make numerous mistakes. From not knowing my name, to not even knowing where I lived or even how to spell words properly made it truly difficult to deal with. The list of mistakes goes on. Very very frustrating experience. Hopefully I will never have to rent a vehicle again and certainly will never go to budget rental.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE COVERAGE OPTIONS CLEARLY WHICH RESULTED IN A $300 ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR A CHIP IN THE WINDSHIELD THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT. I rented a compact car from Budget for $126, which included $30 in coverage, plus taxes. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told there would be a $300 deductible for damage.
