Worst experience. Hasma is truly awful to deal with. She can not speak English there for that caused her to make numerous mistakes. From not knowing my name, to not even knowing where I lived or even how to spell words properly made it truly difficult to deal with. The list of mistakes goes on. Very very frustrating experience. Hopefully I will never have to rent a vehicle again and certainly will never go to budget rental.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE COVERAGE OPTIONS CLEARLY WHICH RESULTED IN A $300 ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR A CHIP IN THE WINDSHIELD THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT. I rented a compact car from Budget for $126, which included $30 in coverage, plus taxes. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told there would be a $300 deductible for damage. Avoid budget. They will do what they can to get as much money from you as possible. If you have a complaint, the desk will tell you to call a 1800 number that will tell you to talk to the desk, both claiming that the other is responsible to assist. Speaking with a supervisor will get you scripted answers that are not helpful and with attitude. Worst car rental experience. Avoid budget.

Amy was the greatest help at the front desk. She was very helpful from beginning to end. Her professionalism was appreciated. She is the friendliest and kindest person that I wish other businesses had.
