I was given an SUV from bwi, and it's coolant was low. The car gave me warnings, and there was a smell coming from the ventilation system. I called the budget, and they said to take it to the nearest location for an easy exchange. I arrived at this location looking for an exchange and was greeted with a discriminatory attitude from the older woman working here. She immediately dismissed me without hearing my concerns. Bilal at Budget fallston is an awesome person, very helpful. Overall, the budget gets 5 stars from me.
Very hard to find entrance if not on airport shuttle. Good service. SUV could have been cleaner....needed to be vacuumed
