Rented a moving truck from this location. The truck was in very bad shape including being filled with half eaten food, loose french fries and other trash. There was a hole in the ceiling where the light should have been and it was missing a gas cap. The windshield and side mirrors were so dirty I was not able to see out of them. I was given an SUV from bwi, and it's coolant was low. The car gave me warnings, and there was a smell coming from the ventilation system. I called the budget, and they said to take it to the nearest location for an easy exchange. I arrived at this location looking for an exchange and was greeted with a discriminatory attitude from the older woman working here. She immediately dismissed me without hearing my concerns.
