Horrible experience. Reserved an SUV - Got 12 passenger van ...... Not clean either. Reserved through FASTBREAK.... got a slow line instead. All around lousy experience!
I’ve come here 5 times now and EVERYTIME has been smooth, fast, and professional. I’ve been renting cars in several states and countries, this place is the best. Only drawback is there hours. They close at 5pm so if you want to drop off at 8pm, it won’t be processed until 8am when the team gets in.
I never have a bad experience coming here. Customer service is amazing and it is very convenient coming here due to closeness of my home. Brooke especially is very warm and caring to her customers! I only come here for my rentals when I can.
Rented a moving truck from this location. The truck was in very bad shape including being filled with half eaten food, loose french fries and other trash. There was a hole in the ceiling where the light should have been and it was missing a gas cap. The windshield and side mirrors were so dirty I was not able to see out of them. When I asked for the cab and windshield to be cleaned I was given attitude. When I realized the gas cap was missing and made a trip back, I was initally argued with and told I couldn't have one.
