Picked up a car from this location on the 15th. Half way into the trip low engine oil warning came on. Called the customer service, they wanted us to drop if off at the closest location which was 4 hrs away. Then i called the airport loaction and they said the car needs to be return today as it is for rented out for one day so keep on driving and bring it back with the low engine oil warning on Most stressfull trip. Very un professional and careless attitute by the staff.
I rented a car from this company, which was very fast and reasonable. The price was exactly what they wrote on their website (there are additional fees). I made a booking and picked up the car. Unlimited travel is a big plus. The cars are clean and new for the money. I liked it. I will continue to rent from this company. Thank you.
