Staff saying I couldn't return my car bc I don't live in this hotel. I had to add an extra day plus parking fees due to this wrong information. This is definitely not 24/7 flawless return. Very terrible Somehow this review isn't showing up in the review section.

We waited in a quick line and were kindly greeted by Don, who made our experience fast and friendly, and even recommended places and things to do in the area!

Quando fui atendido incluíram mais dois seguros sem ter sido avisado, na pressa de ter o meu carro liberado assinei o contrato sem ver se havia algum adicional. Car drop off nightmare: no instructions on where this place is, the Google address just takes you to the street but they don’t tell you it’s located inside the mall. Heads up for everyone, enter mall/target parking garage from Kuhio Ave and head to fifth floor, there you’ll see Avis/Budget stalls at the end of the lot. There was a key drop off next to elevators with no envelopes, no attendant, anything.. the office/desk is just on the first floor so I dropped my key off there.
