Quick, easy no hassles
A second star because the car was good. First off, had a reservation and still had to wait an hour. No fast pass lane. Got up to the desk and let a short Asian man with no patience or charisma. Didn’t tell me where the car was other than the floor. Walked around for 10 minutes and finally found it. On return, drop box was overflowing so hopefully the keys actually went in and the car isn’t stolen by the morning time. Also, really important to have a pen. I was charged $75.49 more than my original booking. The staff never mentioned these costs and just asked me to sign. This is a very dishonest way to treat customers. I am extremely disappointed and will be disputing this charge.
The service at the desk is the worst compared to any other USA locations due to inefficient desk agent, coordination issues and poor direction. I’m an avid traveler and had been a budget fast break member for several years. I never had this kind of inconvenience. I understand this location operates inside a mall but when fast break members have advanced reservations, it is expected that the wait time would be minimal to zero. I returned the car after hours three days ago. I parked it on level P5 of the garage and dropped the key in the return box. Now I’m receiving a text saying my rental is three days overdue - apparently they claim they didn’t receive the car. They’re not answering the phone. Nationwide customer support says they don’t have any information, but they created a ticket and told me I should hear back within seven business days. I’m definitely not happy with the process.
