Can not recommend. Budget kept the deposit without any reasoning and after opening a case, they claimed i placed the car at the airport so they needed to get it back, which is the biggest lie i have ever heard. It is a mistake in their system, but i as a costumer need to reason it. Already provided evidence pictures and geo meta data, but they just play silent now.

Be very careful when renting a car from this Budget location. In my case, additional optional insurance products that I did not request were added to my rental agreement. The staff did not clearly explain these additional charges and simply asked me to sign the agreement. I only discovered the extra insurance after reviewing the contract later. Yes, there are many cons just as mentioned by other reviewers: cars are not in the perfect conditions; short business hours; not easy to find their counter; difficult to locate your car and to park; etc. But two big pros beat these all and make me give it five star: (1) Perfect location in Waikiki (2) They offer after-hours returns (the process is pretty straightforward, as least for me, if you read their instructions carefully) Plus, the price is also relatively acceptable.

Just be aware if you rent mistirious car. They will offer you 12 passenger van, not even sure if they have it, or it is done on purpose. And after you refuse they will upsell for regular car. This is what they have done when I booked via expedia. Paid $25 more on the first day and $48 more on the second day for regular car, because I cant drive 12 passenger van.
