I arrived only to find they did not have a car for me and none of the inventory as listed online. I was not picky about the car type I just needed any car. They mentioned that I would have to wait until the afternoon (4+hrs) for more cars. I had to take a taxi to the Augusta airport where another Budget had options! You would think someone could have driven a car over to me at the mall location since they did not hold up the agreement
After dealing with Enterprise, Budget was a great change. Great staff!
Never ever got my deposit back “as promised”!
