This is the WORST business location in the world! And that might be an understatement. The woman manager and another woman associate blatantly lie and entice an argumentative emotion. They both need to be fired immediately. My mother and myself use budget too often and anytime we have needed to return a truck or rent a truck from this location we are met with angst EVERYTIME! Don’t even know where to begin. For starters, there is ALWAYS something messed up every time we rent a vehicle here. Secondly, the lady that works at the Port St Lucie location obviously hates her job and takes it out on the customers. She’s repeatedly saying how stressed and overwhelmed she is and can’t handle “customers with issues”. Super rude. Thirdly, if you actually take a chance and rent from here, take pictures of the car in their parking lot before you leave. They charged our card for damages that weren’t ours. Luck... read more

Horrible customer service. Do not use this company. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. I went to pick up my rental car and was told by front desk staff to come back because I was 30 minutes early. I asked what was going to be different within that next 30 minutes that would make the rental vehicle available. I was then told that no vehicles were going to be available on the day of my reservation, despite my reservation confirmation made days prior and prepaid.
