Smooth and easy going.
Outstanding customer service is why I rate my experience a 10+. I am always amazed at how this young lady treats every customer I have watched her serve. They consistently express their gratitude for the service she provides, even when they do not receive the exact model of car they originally wanted to rent. Her explanations, professionalism, and genuine care make a difference, and customers often leave feeling grateful. I have personally witnessed.
I rented from this location & they made me wait an extra 30 mins to “clean” the vehicle I would rent. The window was still dirty with insect residue from the previous renter. I had to clean it for myself. Additionally, I have no idea why they don’t have help at the front desk. There was one person working a load of customers (same experience for pick up & drop off). Did a reservation online and the vehicle wasn't available when I went to pick it up. Terrible business stay away from Budget they don't understand what a reservation means
