Horrible experience at pick up and drop off They called me at 545 pm the night before I was to pick up truck and told me they didn’t have any trucks available. Mind you I reserved it a week prior. I was told they would put an inquiry on it and someone would call me back .. that never happened. I re did another reservation at the same place for a bigger truck and it went through although I was told they had no trucks of any size .
