I was able to talk to someone on the phone at this location, not a computer generated answering system. They were very accommodating. Vehicle was in nice shape and Mehul was kind enough to drive me back to where my own vehicle was fixed. I would recommend this location. Thank you for your great service.

I rented a car on 19th April 2025, the model was Nissan Rouge black, after handedover the car on 21st of April 2025 just after 1 day again i booked the same car. Before booked i asked to the agent 2/3 times i will get the same car or not he confirmed me i will get the same car. I rented a vehicle from this location for 3 days and returned it with a full tank of gas. However, they charged me for a 7-day rental and refueling, totaling $547 for just 3 days. It’s been over six months, and despite calling numerous times, exchanging more than a dozen emails and text messages, and visiting the shop three times, I still haven’t received the full refund. Each time, the owner assured me he would “take care of it,” but nothing has been resolved. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Avoid budget. They will do what they can to get as much money from you as possible. If you have a complaint, the desk will tell you to call a 1800 number that will tell you to talk to the desk, both claiming that the other is responsible to assist. Speaking with a supervisor will get you scripted answers that are not helpful and with attitude. Worst car rental experience. Avoid budget.
