I had a wonderful experience with Budget Rental! Janice was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Great customer service and a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Janice is such an awesome person. She is always kind and goes over and beyond for her customers. She greets everyone with a smile and welcomes us back each time. I only use Budget because Mrs. Janice is always kind and caring.

Do not reserve a 3rd row at this location not because they don't never have one available but because this is the second time that I have came to this location and it is the same thing and when I get there still charge me after the fact that my paperwork says 3rd row but it is not available they had 3rd row on the lot but said that someone just called and reserved it even though my reservation was already in the system before the called reservation

I had impeccable customer service from Ms. Janice! She is a superstar and a true asset to Budget! I booked a one-way rental from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham and was already running late. I called Ms. Janice, and she graciously changed my reservation time to accommodate me. Then, as luck would have it, I got a flat tire on the way, delaying me even more.
