Booked and prepaid $300 for a rental online. Got to rental counter and was told the car wasn't ready. Waited 45 minutes and was then told that I would have to pay an additional $200 deposit. Tried to pay this with my debit card and was told they didn't accept prepaid debit cards (???!!). They would not let me rent the car. Went online and cancelled the rental and was then told they wouldn't refund my $300 that I paid for the rental because it was past the check in time and too late to get a refund. The service is always great they just need to clean the vehicles on the inside, they don't wipe down anything!!

On July 20, 2024, we placed an order for an 8PSNGER Chevrolet Suburban or similar. I will note that both myself and my sister-in-law were on the phone as we made the reservation. A representative from their toll-free number took my card number and information. She explained to us that as long as we used a debit card with certain company logos (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc) we were all good to go. Their staff were super kind! My rental from a different location got a flat. Although they couldn’t help me get a new car since the other company is privately owned, they were super supportive and helpful to find a place to get the tire fixed
