Highly recommend renting from Budget Barton Creek Location. Kifah always makes the rental experience more pleasant. He is professional and provides exceptional customer service.
Had rental reservation for 7:30am pickup. Arrived at 7:30 and no one was there. Waited 30 minutes until 8am and still no one showed. Extremely disappointing experience.
Kifah , he’s the owner of this budget/ car rental . He will take care of you if you need anything. Call him up , or stop in ; he’ll make it work. I can’t believe what he did for me. Best person I know so far !!! I will be renting from from here every time I’m in Austin / he’s saved me a fortune. He’s so great at what he does, good vibes all the way !!!!!
