Horrible experience! The staff was not helpful at all. Even though corporate accepted and agreed on the matter, the staff did not respect the customer and kept arguing back and forth, trying to convince the customer otherwise. To the dude at the counter: you are not there to push your opinion to your customers. You are there to respect your corporate’s customers. This has been a surprisingly excellent customer experience with a car rental service. I booked a great deal with Uber and the app directed me to this Budget location. While the building may look a little dated, the car fleet is in great condition and more importantly, the customer service is outstanding. I’d like to recognize Renno Byer for being an amazing customer service representative and it seems like Mark Levien is really good at running this branch. Definitely highly recommended to all in need for a car rental.
