This has been a surprisingly excellent customer experience with a car rental service. I booked a great deal with Uber and the app directed me to this Budget location. While the building may look a little dated, the car fleet is in great condition and more importantly, the customer service is outstanding. I’d like to recognize Renno Byer for being an amazing customer service representative and it seems like Mark Levien is really good at running this branch. Definitely highly recommended to all in need for a car rental.
