I was able to drop off the car I picked uo from downtown location here without surcharge, which made the day of my flight a lot easier. Lynda was an absolute pleasure to be greeted and served by at the desk.

Pretty sure a lot of these reviews are fake. They all mention talking to them over the phone, but this can't be true. They don't answer their phones or respond to voicemails. Checkmate, haters.

Just walked an hour and a half from work to get the rental I booked online last night and was turned away for not owning a credit card?! Maybe say that before making people walk hours to you and getting turned down I'm a nurse in the middle of my shift now you just not only messed my day up but all the people who rely on me. Never ever relying on this company again! I even had more than enough for a deposit on my visa debit! Guess old people are useless to your company too cause almost all don't own credit cards. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. They overcharged me the price of the whole one day plus one day insurance just for 1 hour late return without informing me. I rented a car for the first time with them just because of a discount and they exactly got that discount back. Horrible experience.
