Booked my car online before coming to Thunder Bay. Once I arrived at the desk it was a very quick and simple process. I don’t get why there’s so many negative reviews, but people who have a positive experience (which I know are many) don’t leave reviews.
asking info about renting car and girl on the phone had awful attitude. Budget should train these ppl or hire better ppl with phone etiquette.
Girl at front desk was rude and not helpful. Wouldnt make eye contact and the moment we said ine word she said no and shook her head no before we could even finish a sentence.
