Nice staff, nice car, nice facility, when we picked up car. No one present at counter on return but were told in the lot to move the car one space or we would get a $50 fee or worse maybe even $100 if we leave it in the wrong space. This despite that the lot was entirely empty but for 2 cars. Next day we get our receipt for including $17 for fuel when their own paperwork said the tank was full. Really disappointed with the hidden fees. Really rude customer service. But it's whatever. Definitely will not be doing business with them ever again
It was really easy to get a vehicle at a reasonable price.
