Very friendly and fast. Was upgraded when my requested car was not available. Very easy transaction.
I reserved a MINIVAN for a trip from Louisiana to Michigan and back in order to transport belongings of my daughter back to Louisiana. Upon arrival I was issued a Mazda CX90, a vehicle considerably smaller than and not listed as a minivan. I was promised a Pacifica or similar. In researching "similiar" on Budget website, the Mazda CX90 is not listed as a minivan. Consequently, much was left behind in Michigan. Beware of the switch when renting.
