Always my to go place for car rentals
Usually use Avis through my job (contractor), but had to pick up a car short notice. Biggest mistake, the front desk lady was very rude and dismissive. When I picked up the car it was dirty on the outside, which made it hard to see any existing scratches and of course when I dropped it off the lady claimed that a new scratch was found. When I asked for the process on disputing this claim the lady gave me my receipt and told me to have a nice day and refused to answer any of my questions.
