Very competitive pricing and friendly service at this branch. I've used them about five times, worked with at least two of their reps, and found the service very consistent. They do what they are able to accommodate, including extending over the phone. If you call and get redirected, it's because they're on the phone with another customer or closed. Plan ahead, friends.
I'm going to update my review after drop off because Tyler redeemed this particular location a bit. They still didn't have the pickup when we needed it a month ago, but the drop for this most recent rental Tyler was up front and honest about Budget corporate stores practices (GRR is a corporate location). Original Review: They won't have or put you in the car class you reserved. Tried to rent a pickup with them awhile ago with plenty of notice. Didn't have it at time of rental.
