Had reservations for a car, walked in was not acknowledged, stood there 20 minutes and still not acknowledged, Manager and employee was the fussing back and forth and talking in another language , when my husband sa id we were leaving the mgr said a few more minutes , we walked out and left called corporate number and cancelled reservations, the office was dirty and smelled
