Paid to rent the car before ever getting it, cool. Needed to get the rental a few hours earlier, call the LOCAL number provided and I got someone in customer service, they were friendly said it wouldn't be an issue. Get to the Anniston location to pick up the rental 1.5 hours earlier than scheduled and was told whoever I spoke to from the 1800 number I called wasn't affiliated with them as they did not have any females they worked with. If I could leave a zero star I would! I should have listened to all the other bad reviews that I saw before trying to book a rental with this company. First off the guy basically told me that he was giving the only car they have to another customer because she had prepaid however we BOTH had a reservation.. Terrell was extremely accommodating, car was clean & ready for pick up. Worked with me as I arrived to pick up car earlier than scheduled. Will be using this Budget again in the future.
