Nope, I rented a Toyota Tacoma and entered the plate number into the Kansas turnpike system per requirement of Chuck the manager. Then drive to Oklahoma for the day & returned the truck that very same evening. That night I logged into turnpike plate pay for Oklahoma and paid the 21.74 that was in the system. Low & behold it was someone else's bill in Oklahoma from a previous rental of that truck. I've had a great experience with my local Budget, and that's because of Angela. I've rented multiple times in the past six months and have received excellent customer service. If I had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. Budget is lucky to have a solid employee, like Angela.

The manager is a rude jerk. They lack any and all customer service skills. They don’t honor coupons. Do not rent from this place.
