I've had a great experience with my local Budget, and that's because of Angela. I've rented multiple times in the past six months and have received excellent customer service. If I had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. Budget is lucky to have a solid employee, like Angela.
If zero stars was an option that’s exactly what they’d get. So unhelpful here!! Terrible management
worst place possible to rent if you can get a car there without all issues will never use again
The manager is a rude jerk. They lack any and all customer service skills. They don’t honor coupons. Do not rent from this place.
This will end up being the worst experience I've had following a vacation. I returned the Ram truck I rented for a week and there was a tiny chip in the window. I'm not even sure when/ how it got there but I said it happened on the highway because how would I know? MY INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE THE CHIP IN THE WINDOW REPAIRED FOR FREE, but this location is going to put the vehicle out of service and send it to Wichita and likely replace the windshield.
