The manager is a rude jerk. They lack any and all customer service skills. They don’t honor coupons. Do not rent from this place.
This will end up being the worst experience I've had following a vacation. I returned the Ram truck I rented for a week and there was a tiny chip in the window. I'm not even sure when/ how it got there but I said it happened on the highway because how would I know? MY INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE THE CHIP IN THE WINDOW REPAIRED FOR FREE, but this location is going to put the vehicle out of service and send it to Wichita and likely replace the windshield. No issues with the rental. However by mistake I lost my receipt. No matter what number I call it goes to Atlanta and every time they transfer my call it hangs up. Would appreciate a call from this actual store.
