Worst car rental service - the staff have no customer service skills
Budget Car Rental attempted to impose unjustified charges due to a legally recognized service animal, despite being informed in advance. We even vacuumed the car before returning it, yet they still tried to push cleaning fees. This is unethical and discriminatory, as service animals are not pets and are protected under Ontario law. Their staff was unprofessional and untrained on accessibility rights, making the experience frustrating and unacceptable. If you require accessibility accommodations, take your business elsewhere.
