Absolutely unacceptable. We had a 16' truck reserved for a two‑day move on 8/28/25–8/29/25, confirmed in person at the Rogers, MN location. The night before our move—right before closing—they suddenly called to say they “wouldn’t have a truck due to mechanical issues.” This last‑minute cancellation caused extreme inconvenience and completely blew up our moving plans.
