Absolutely unacceptable. We had a 16' truck reserved for a two‑day move on 8/28/25–8/29/25, confirmed in person at the Rogers, MN location. The night before our move—right before closing—they suddenly called to say they “wouldn’t have a truck due to mechanical issues.” This last‑minute cancellation caused extreme inconvenience and completely blew up our moving plans. I have rented vehicles from this location for years with no problems. However, the last time, I returned the vehicle, they inspected it, and returned my deposit. Six days later, I received an email that the windshield had a crack in it and they charged my card $600. The windshield was fine when I returned the vehicle. I have no idea what happened to it during that 6-day period. That's bad business. I'll never rent from Avis Budget again.
