Our agent verbally told us we were getting one vehicle and our contract said another. He told us no big deal. The car was not where he said it would be. After 30 minutes of debate, the correct car was found. We were in a hurry. Don’t be in a hurry. The engine car light says needs maintenance. The tire pressure was low. The vehicle was not empty and clean. Now on our valuable time we have to find a nearby office to deal with all of this. 🤪
