Filthy, unreliable car and absolutely horrible customer service. If you encounter Adrian at the counter, don’t expect to be treated well. He’s the worst. Not sure how he holds down a job.
worst experience renting a car. the employees are unfriendly and unhelpful even with a reservation. they overbooked and made people with reservations wait nearly an hour for a car.
Do not rent from here. Me and my 8 family members were on a cross country trip when our ford transit broke down. Transmission went out. Called roadside assistance…. Long story short, they told me this guy would only release a 7 passenger van to me and would not bring me a second car. I called him and told him that i don’t have enough seats for my family and that we were stranded in an unsafe town 1.5 hours away from the nearest budget(this one) and he said CALL ENTERPRISE.
