Thank you Briana! Although Budget delayed our reservation by 3 hours because there was a shortage on cars (that was very frustrating) Briana at the front desk maintained her composure and remained sweet and polite. I commend her positive attitude while dealing with very unhappy customers. Thank you!
Enterprise is much better they don’t nickel and dime you for everything.. I top off the tank and the fuel marker showed not completely full and charged me an extra 16.00 🤦♂️ greed is real
I will never rent from budget again customer service 0. I pick up rental the manager was very rude well she said she was the manager I find that hard to believe. She gets upset due to me telling her the vehicle was dirty and needed to be cleaned. She ask me what I considered dirty I told her to come look thinking she didn't realize the car was dirty. The location called me 20 minutes before my appointment to pick up my vehicle and told me they didn’t have any cars available. I had to change my reservation to the airport which was 40 miles away to pick up the vehicle. I prepaid for the vehicle initially but the airport charged me additional fees even though it was a mistake on their part. I will never rent from Budget again.
I reserved several reservations in advance through Costco because I am a member. I usually cancel them the day before but for some reason it wouldn't let me this time. Their rates change weekly. I made a reservation to pick up on December 8 and return December 10th, 2025. On my way to the cedar hill tx location I called to let Brianna know i would be 5 to 10 minutes late.
