Don't leave anything in the car. Their customer service for lost items is TERRIBLE. Our daughter left her ID in the back seat on a trip with her grandparents and although Budget's system noted the lost item and we went through their stated procedure to claim it we never got it back. I drove to the airport office - with the claim number and everything - only to be told that they didn't know where it was. Great experience checking in and checking out. Car was clean, fueled, and no quirks.
Had 10 to 12 people waited in line one person checking people out. It was a Saturday on a vacation break for schools…..terrible wait for no reason
