Fast pass never works (registered, space assigned, no car in space), was given the wrong car last trip. Literally the worst

Worst Experience Ever – Budget Car Rental This was an absolutely horrible experience. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. When I asked for help, one of the workers literally said “I don’t care.” That response says everything about this place. Zero customer service. Zero respect. They clearly do not care about customers at all. I wasted my time, felt insulted, and left extremely frustrated. Avoid this Budget location at all costs. I will never use Budget Car Rental again.
