UPDATED REVIEW- Four years ago , this Budget was a pleasure to rent from. The last two times I've made reservations they really dont have cars available. Two years ago I got dropped off to pick up the car and I walked home over 3 miles. Today , I guess I'm supppsed to be grateful the guy called me ahead of time. We got a 16 foot Van and hauled My 93 Camry 2204 Miles across 9 States in 50 Hours. Got called into the Weigh Station in Stergis SD with no problems we carried on. Since we're here now the Price was Expensive and Insurance was never discussed when we reserved the Van. So we were hit with a $500 Last Minute Expence that and it seems like Portland Metro Area are Charging More cause EVERYONE is Leaving Oregon and Washington Stste
Beware of this company location. They were very unprofessional. I reserved a rental suv Tahoe on Feb 26th for March 22nd pick up. They told me on the day of pick that they did not have a suv Tahoe available for me. Didn't even bother looking other alternatives to help. I was suppose to fly out of Seattle that same day. Ended up scrambling around to find my self a rental to get to Seattle for my trip. Never again book with this location.
