Budget is by far the worst rental agency. Charging for gas when the car is brought back full and checked in by your people. You have no idea what customer service is . Use any other rental , you will be better off
Great car, service, AARP great ahead booking
Made the reservation a few days in advance, picked up the car in the morning and dropped it 2 days later hassle free. Owner was very polite and answered all of our questions. Charges were as described with no surprises. Overall 10/10, we will definitely go to this location again. Highly recommend. ✌️
Been renting with both Avis and Budget since 5 years at this location, always had a fantastic experience. The staff is very prompt, professional and fast! I am always in and out in minutes. Cars are accurate, clean and new. Billing is accurate and nothing unexpected happens. There are several other rental companies near my house, but I am more than happy to travel the extra 10 minutes for the reliable service I know I am going to get at Avis/Budget Beaverton.
