Terrible experience from top to bottom. Will only be booking through enterprise from now on.
Left a set of keys in a rental car,my fault I get that. But budget has been completely incompetent and absolutely worthless in getting them back to me. I filed a claim through their online system and they reported that they found them the same day. I paid for 2-3day priority shipping that day and now 2 weeks have gone by and noone can tell me why they are still being processed for shipping. Perfect service. Very fast
Long lines to check in and then no cars available for people with reservations. Worst rental car experience ever. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. Stay away!!
