Nicole vanalstine is the business card I got for the most rude and unhelpful woman to ever live. Right away when I booked my reservation, I called budget Airlines to tell them all of the information and called to make sure everything was okay. The lady said that it should be completely fine, and there will be no issues with my booking! Terrible experience from top to bottom. Will only be booking through enterprise from now on.
Left a set of keys in a rental car,my fault I get that. But budget has been completely incompetent and absolutely worthless in getting them back to me. I filed a claim through their online system and they reported that they found them the same day. I paid for 2-3day priority shipping that day and now 2 weeks have gone by and noone can tell me why they are still being processed for shipping.
