Jordan is hands-down the best example of 10 out of 10 customer service, friendliness, a wholesome great person. He finds a way to make me smile every time I have to rent a car from the Newmarket location. He goes above and beyond for his customers and I truly wish that all budget rental car locations had somebody like Jordan on their team because he is the reason that people like myself are repeat customers. Great service and the ability to drop off the keys at the front desk of the hotel after hours is a huge bonus
