Booked online as car is in for repair. Once at the store they said there was another 750$ required as a deposit. A fifty dollar cancellation fee is charged, even though online there is no indication of large deposit.
Excellent service, my rental experience here has always been exceptional. Friendly staff, great rates and clean reliable vehicles.

Be careful when renting from here! I called a head of time for a compact vehicle, on May 13th I came to pick it up. I was told that their was only a Dodge Charger and a Jeep Cherokee left. I was in a rush and took it, with putting a $768.00 deposit. Which was ridiculous, but I had to go. 10 days later they tried to take out $1500.00!! I spoke with customer service and was only suppose to get charged $40 a day for the vehicle plus my Costco membership discount. I will now be receiving my refund of the difference.
