Great service and help by Roy. My car broke down on thanksgiving despite being a holiday Roy helped me a lot in the possible ways with lots of patience.

Scam, they have you sign, then there no car! They charge your credit card without giving you a car... the lady harass, and demanded I give them my cell phone, I left !! They ran up my credit card ! I never ever rented a vechile! Totally rip off and scam still waiting on my refund !!! Over $800 on my credit card and I never rented a vechile
