I rent cars frequently and have rented cars from just about every major company. When I moved to Harrisburg I used enterprise for awhile. One day they were not able to fulfill my reservation, so I gave Budget a try. The employee Brady was very helpful and got me a better rate and a much, much nicer car. (ford limited f150). It seems that they carry newer vehicle and more premium cars as well, but are still competitive on rate. I am writing this review for my mother who had what she describes as the worst experience ever. My mother rents cars often because she does not like to put high way miles on her personal car when taking care of business. Her last rental was a premium vehicle with Budget. She had what she described as a smooth pick up process when she picked up the car. She also enjoyed the care, however when returning the car everything went downhill.
