Nightmare. One person at counter, 20 people in line at 1 pm with multiple arriving flights. Took an 1-1/2 hours to navigate line, total 2 hours to get a car we had reserved. Guy at counter said this was normal. Booked through Costco so price was decent but horrible wait time. Avoid if possible.
Seriously, rent from literally ANY OTHER company. Staff are RUDE, not helpful, cars are filthy dirty, and they charged us for the insurance that we declined and charged us for the toll thing we declined. And, we had to wait for 45 minutes to get the dirty car. NEVER EVER AGAIN, Budget.
I just rented a full-size SUV for over a week, and the experience was quick and simple. Despite some of the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised everything went smoothly, and the SUV was clean, comfortable, and drove great. Would definitely rent here again
