I made a reservation here, but despite calling the location's direct line during business hours, I was forwarded to a call center. The person that I spoke with couldn't answer any location specific questions about this branch's policies, but also could not get me in touch with someone there or advise how to speak to someone there directly. Not a good indicator of how the customer service experience would be so I canceled both upcoming reservations.
Went all the way down there only to be refused service bc my credit score is only fair. I will walk before trying to rent from this failed company again. Edit: All the staff standing around decided to pile on about my plight instead of trying to help. I dont recommend renting from these unhelpful people.
Called them from the Google web site. Spoke to Tara, booked a vehicle to make my doctor's appointments. Confirmed booking, location, and time of pickup. Even asked if I wanted to pay over the phone. Once I arrived to pick up vehicle, was told they didn't have me listed, nor did they have anything available.
