The service is terrible. Made a reservation days prior and showed up to location only for them not to have a car. They made me call another location only for them to state they have car but in reality they don't. These people are unreliable, irresponsible, and can't be trusted. What a waste of time, money, and gas. Don't waste your time with people who can't be trusted.

Poorly operated place..rented car .took pictures of car of any marks on car that they missed. Came back to return the car which knew we owed for one more day. They charged us for 2 days..and didn't check return box to see car was returned. And argued with my mother about when car was returned and charged her extra on her account for a day we didn't have car. Supervisor acted under poor customer service about whole thing and refused to talk with my mom to resolve issue when she came in to let them know to check cameras. Poor ... read more
