Oregon people are so nice and my first experience with anyone when I got off the plane highlighted just that! Team worked quickly to keep the queue moving and to get everyone on the road. The staff behind the desk was easy to talk to. Renting a car is usually stressful. Insurance upsell nonsense… Not in Redmond! Thanks all! Never change

All the folks at the Budget car rental counter in Redmond -- and especially Ethan -- are great. Over my week-long rental, Ethan helped me out several times with a few minor issues and challenges with my car. He took the extra time to work with me, and I really appreciated it.
The employees at remond budget were great. We drove to the midwest that's when we experienced less than great service. We needed to exchange our vehicle due to a few non emergent issues. We called several times to various places and you cannot get directly through to that place it always goes to a call center and they were always very less than helpful.
