All the folks at the Budget car rental counter in Redmond -- and especially Ethan -- are great. Over my week-long rental, Ethan helped me out several times with a few minor issues and challenges with my car. He took the extra time to work with me, and I really appreciated it.
The employees at remond budget were great. We drove to the midwest that's when we experienced less than great service. We needed to exchange our vehicle due to a few non emergent issues. We called several times to various places and you cannot get directly through to that place it always goes to a call center and they were always very less than helpful. I guess they can't look at live inventory of places to check if another vehicle was available. Which is why we were trying to call the actual place in the first place. They s... read more
Car was dirty and had a missfire ran so rough didn't think I was going to make home. Lol. Not the best experience.
