I accidentally booked a reservation a day earlier than our flight, and didn’t realize it until we were already on a red eye flight. Parker and his professionalism was so wonderful to work with and made sure we were still able to get into a vehicle without any last minute changes and was still able to honor my original booking.
Staff worked expeditiously to meet my rental requirements. Very positive experience at this location.
Renting a car from the airport was easy. The individual who assisted us was knowledgeable, friendly, quick and helpful. It was nice to get in and out of there quickly, and have our car already and available for us. The car ran perfectly and was clean.
Pick-up and drop off at the Redmond Airport was the easiest and smoothest experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I look forward to going back and renting a car again!
Thanks for letting me rent this beautiful little Nissan Altima got me where I need to go and the gentleman that rented it to me was super chill and funny made the whole experience painless I'd rent from you again and will when I return till next time
