Great Service and friendly staff. This location could benefit from a Fast Break / AVIS Preferred Check-in process (proceed directly to assigned vehicle) during rush hours when most flights arrive.

Quick and easy pickup. The counter is just steps from the sterile, secure area. Staff were friendly and informative. Car pickup was straightforward, with no time-consuming security check-out and no one-way traffic spikes. Drop-off was just as simple, and all I needed to report at the counter was the specific parking spot the car was located in and the mileage from the odometer. The car was clean and had less than 6000 miles. No issues during the 4-day rental period.

Staff working the counter were pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I’ve never had such a short and easy rental process before. They upgraded our car with no charge. Rental and return were both great experiences.

Ethan took excellant care of my husband and I. We had an emergency trip to Madras for a relative in the hospital. He was expedient in getting a vehicle and out the door. Always nice to make a great human connection.
