Gate was closed before 5 and they didn't want to help us
I’m often diasappointed with Budget’s vehicles, but usually happy with the staff, and that was the case again this time. My first car assignment was smoked in. The second car was not fuel efficient. The third car had just been returned and had not yet been cleaned and had come in from out of state. But I chose that car, my last option.
Savanna was amazing, great customer service, such a great help after a horrible experience with Herts. Definitely recommend to come in and book with her here at Budget. She will not disappoint and will do all she can to meet your needs. Shes so sweet and friendly.
