Had quite a few issues.. - Did not disclose that if you prepay that you cannot get refunded the company is effectively trying to rob me of $1300 - vehicle provided smelled like smoke when the ac was on - vehicle was unable to charge at the e-stations - customer service never got back to me after submitting a ticket over the phone
Excellent customer service!!! Very friendly & beyond expectations. Would recommend without question. A++++++
This place is terrible they over charge and it’s dirty
Horrible customer service. Has no place for people to sit comfortably for the disabled or the elderly. You will get a car but the service is rude. Only this location. Other rental branches are better . Kinder people willing to work with you
