Needed a 7-passenger rental for family visiting and never noticed the Budget here. Glad I did because everything went smoothly. Staff was friendly, car was clean, and made the check-in/check-out process very easy.
Ron and the team saved the day! Original car from a different location has leaky oil. I drove in to the Beachwood location and Ron greeted me in the parking lot. I explained the situation and he had me in a replacement vehicle in 15 minutes! Will definitely rent from here in the future.
