I would never rent from them anymore. Don’t trust their car and make sure you check the car before driving your family with their unreliable cars.
I will never rent with Budget again. Third time renting a Budget rental car through Costco. So many problems with the rude people behind the Budget rental counters at ORD airport. I was told the cost of the e-toll pass would be $5 a day - wrong. Receipt shows $11.95 a day or $59.95 a week. I was told the e-toll would work in all the states that I was traveling through - wrong.
