Rented from Detroit Wayne (DTW) Budget Car Rental and everything was absolutely wonderful!!! From getting checked in, the options of vehicles, getting my vehicle, and returning the vehicle, the process was quick and easy. The people that work there are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for helping to make my trip more enjoyable!
Among the worst budget locations and that is saying a lot. Employees don’t care one bit and customers stand in empty lines with no signage because the employees don’t care enough to try. Would strongly recommend avoiding if at all possible. The driver and email provided different instructions to go to the fast break counter only to be told there is no fast break counter.
Horrible waiting time.
Absolutely worst experience with a rental company I've ever had. Waited in line for longer than my flight was and no car ready for me when I got there. Staff is also terrible. Go anywhere else.
