Worst car rental ever!
Sitting here now. They will tell you they have Fastbreak here but they don't. Only two people working. One person has been at the counter for 20 minutes. I'll go with a different rental company at DTW in tgw future.
Will never rent from Budget at DTW again! Fastbreak means absolutely nothing! Have to wait in the regular line which was out the door when we arrived on May 21st. This is the 4th time we have had to wait in a very long line at Budget at DTW. This will be the last! Employees are friendly but badly managed. We cancelled our reservation while in line and went to Enterprise. 10 minutes and we had our car at Enterprise. I understand the folks over at Alamo at DTW are exceptional as is their service, too.
Very good experience with Budget. Pick up and return of the car was super easy, no long waiting time and the service was very good
